Lucid Motors published their annual report for 2021 and their proxy statement for 2022 today as a DEF 14A over here. It lists out a bunch of financial related information for the upcoming board meeting on June 9, 2022. This is as an official notification to shareholders of matters to be brought to a vote and it lists out what is expected to be voted on.

But it also lists out the current compensation for the four top executives; including Peter Rawlinson the CEO and CTO, Sherry House the CFO, Eric Bach the Senior VP of Product and Chief Engineer and Michael Bell the Senior VP of Digital. Here are those details:
