The great moderate at the Lucid Owners Forums came up with this theory on what the various locations of the Lucid Motors parking lots mean. Like what is the top position, versus the middle position, versus the lower position.

So he thinks the test vehicles live in the upper lot, the vehicles waiting for parts rest in the middle lot and the vehicles that are ready to be loaded on a truck and be delivered are in the lower lot.

As some of you know, I’ve been reporting (blogging) about the search world and SEO changes for almost twenty years. The tracking of Lucid deliveries, parts, paint colors and other delays reminds me of the SEO community fanatically tracking the various Google data center updates. It is a weird overlap but it just reminds me of that.

Update June 22, 2022. There is new information that claims a Lucid Motors representative said the upper lot are for non-customer cars. These cars are for demonstration purposes, for Lucid Motors Studio and other purposes but not for customers. It does seem weird to see so many cars there for demo or studio purposes but who knows.
